Strawberry Social - June 18th, 2005
On June 18th 2005, a strawberry social was held at the Canada Southern Railway Station in Downtown St.Thomas. In addition to tasting fresh strawberries from a local farm, the public was given a chance to tour the station, to see the enormous potential the building still has, and to appreciate the amount of work that will be needed to realize this potential. It was the first time the Dining Room had been open to the public in almost 80 years.
