Our Station~Our Heritage~Our Future

A volunteer works at restoring one of the 160 massive windows in the station
The Canada Southern Railway Station is in need of our help. This historic building once restored will be the catalyst of downtown St Thomas, Ontario.
Our first priority was “Raise the Roof” an effort that raised the funds necessary to ensure further deterioration of the Station
Our second popular campaign"Adopt a window/Door" is now complete and raised close to $200,000 for the station
May 1, 2008 is our Capital Campaign Launch. Our mission is to raise the funds necessary to renovate, restore and preserve the Canada Southern Railway Station. Our Goal is to raise 1.5 million dollars. Our vision is to raise the funds through several avenues including:
- Grants through goverment and private funders
- Adopt a room program
- Adopt a Brick program
- Individual Giving
- Special Fundraising Events
- Adoption and sponsoring of artifacts
If you are interested in donating to our capital campaign please call us @ 519 633 2535 or email donations@narhf.org
Events and activities including Station Tours, event rental of the exclusive dining room, the strawberry social and many other community events are all part of the efforts towards raising the funds necessary to complete our vision.
